When NinjaTrader reached out just one month before their holiday party, they had only secured the venue—Time Out Market Chicago. With their full trust, we curated a breathtaking winter wonderland corporate celebration that focused on winter, snow, and a “light up the night” disco vibe. Leveraging our exclusive network of high-caliber vendors, we transformed the space into a luxurious winter escape.

Atmosphere Events Group curated the stunning decor, blending sophistication with seasonal elegance. The design featured an eye-catching disco ball theme that added a touch of glamour to the evening. Soft blue uplighting and snowflake gobos transformed the venue into a winter dreamscape, creating an immersive atmosphere for all guests. A custom-designed disco DJ booth was the crown jewel of the decor, turning heads and elevating the visual experience.

Guests were greeted upon arrival with a themed welcome cocktail passed out by Stage Factor’s winter models, setting the tone for an elevated and thoughtful experience. Recognizing the importance of dietary preferences, we ensured a variety of vegan and vegetarian options were available, ensuring that every guest felt included and cared for.

Entertainment was a priority for this high-energy event. The DJ Firm provided a masterful soundtrack for the evening, keeping guests on the dance floor all night. To captivate the crowd, Stage Factor introduced a show-stopping stilt-walking snow king who made a grand entrance. Guests were also treated to dazzling light-up and disco ball dancers, who brought an interactive and vibrant element to the celebration.

ShutterBooth Chicago elevated the guest experience with a custom-designed photo booth. We collaborated with the client to create a sleek, branded photo strip that reflected the event’s sophisticated theme. Balloon decor was added to enhance the photo station, creating a chic and playful backdrop for guests to capture memories.

One of the most memorable features of the evening was a custom martini ice luge, expertly crafted by Nadeau’s Ice Sculptures. The sculpture, engraved with the Ninja Trader logo, was a work of art. With two spouts for martinis, it was both functional and striking, offering guests an interactive and luxurious way to enjoy their cocktails.

We also helped the client curate branded gift bags for guests, filled with thoughtful items that reflected the winter wonderland theme. These bags were distributed at the event, ensuring each guest felt appreciated. Guests left the celebration with branded winter hats and blankets—both practical and memorable mementos of an unforgettable evening.
