A Bold Experiential Corporate Party

CellMark’s annual Client Appreciation Party is one of our most anticipated events of the year. As their long‑time corporate event planning partner, we embrace the challenge of designing a fresh, immersive corporate party experience for 800–1,100 guests each year. For this experiential corporate party, we leaned into the thrill of the wild with a rainforest‑inspired concept titled “Unleash Your Wildside Corporate Experience.”

To bring this bold theme to life, we selected Recess at City Hall, a versatile Chicago venue that offered the perfect foundation for an immersive corporate event. Its urban, industrial aesthetic created a striking contrast to the lush rainforest environment we envisioned, allowing us to transform the space into a vibrant jungle escape. The expansive layout gave our team the flexibility to design a fully experiential journey from the moment guests arrived.

The transformation was extraordinary thanks to the creative vision of Atmosphere Events Group. They reimagined the venue as a tropical jungle, complete with a dramatic green tunnel entrance, towering trees, dense greenery, and atmospheric haze and lighting that set the tone for adventure. Soft seating inspired by wire cages added a bold, thematic touch, while linens from BBJ La Tavola and Nuage Designs elevated the overall aesthetic and completed the immersive look of this experiential corporate party.

Entertainment by Stage Factor pushed the boundaries of creativity, delivering a lineup that kept guests captivated throughout the night. Tropical greeters welcomed attendees, while a snake contortionist, peacock stilt walker, electric violinist, and other specialty performers added unexpected moments of excitement. Living flowers, stilt‑walking jungle trees, tropical canape servers, and a stunning flamingo stilt walker enhanced the wild atmosphere. The evening culminated in a breathtaking aerial sunset performance that left a lasting impression.

Fig Media curated the soundtrack for the night, blending upbeat music with subtle rainforest elements as guests entered the main party space. High‑energy performances by Industrial Rhythm amplified the vibrant, tropical theme, while Food for Thought delivered creative culinary displays and thematic dishes that perfectly complemented the rainforest experience.

This bold, experiential corporate party brought CellMark’s vision to life in a way that was immersive, unexpected, and unforgettable — a true celebration of creativity, partnership, and elevated corporate event design.
