CellMark’s Annual Client Appreciation Party is an event we eagerly look forward to every year. Having had the privilege of planning this celebration for years, we thrive on the challenge of finding a new venue to accommodate 800-1100 guests and creating an entirely fresh, immersive theme each time. This year, we embraced the thrill of the wild with a rainforest and tropical-inspired theme, brought to life under the concept “Unleash your Wildside Corporate Experience.”

After careful consideration, we chose Recess at City Hall—a stunning, versatile space that perfectly aligned with our desire to create an unforgettable, immersive experience. Recess’ unique, urban feel provided the ideal contrast to the lush, wild rainforest theme we had envisioned, allowing us to transform the venue into a vibrant jungle escape like no other. The expansive layout offered the flexibility we needed to bring our creative ideas to life.

The transformation of the venue was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the visionary design by Atmosphere Events Group. They turned the space into an enchanting tropical jungle, complete with a green tunnel leading into the grand reveal. The room was filled with lush greenery, towering trees, and the dramatic haze and lighting effects that set the mood for adventure. Soft seating designed to resemble wire cages added a bold touch, enhancing the overall wild atmosphere. Linens from BBJ La Tavola and Nuage Designs played a crucial role in transforming the venue, completing the look and feel of this Unleash your Wildside corporate experience.

As always, Stage Factor delivered exceptional entertainment, pushing the limits of creativity with performers who captivated and amazed throughout the evening. Tropical greeters set the tone, while the snake contortionist, peacock stilt walker, and electric violinist added an unexpected and captivating flair. Guests were also wowed by tropical canape servers, living flowers, stilt-walking jungle trees, and a stunning flamingo stilt walker. The grand finale featured a breathtaking aerial sunset model, rounding out the immersive experience.

Brent from Fig Media kept the energy high, curating a vibrant, upbeat soundtrack to set the tone, even incorporating rainforest sounds as guests entered the main party area. The night came alive with dynamic performances by Industrial Rhythm, intensifying the vibrant energy of the rainforest theme. Catering by Food for Thought elevated the experience, with creative displays and thematic food that seamlessly matched the tropical atmosphere.
