Luxury Chicago Suburbs Wedding Filled with Rich Fall Design

Planning Ashley and Kyle’s wedding was effortless thanks to Ashley’s industry expertise. The most challenging decision was choosing the venue. Kyle’s preference for a laid back atmosphere led them to select Providence Vineyard for its tranquil setting and versatile design, a perfect canvas that Ashley and our team transformed into a vibrant luxury wedding in the Chicago suburbs. Once the venue was secured, Ashley and our team brought her vision to life with a bold and vibrant palette centered on deep cabernet hues, moving away from traditional fall tones of earthy browns and oranges. Her love for velvet, rich textures, and unique florals became the heart of the design, creating a celebration that felt both elegant and striking.

From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in luxury, beginning with a welcome glass of champagne served with custom gold foil pressed napkins. As they entered the ceremony space, the beautiful strings of Kristen LeJeune serenaded them while vibrant florals lined the aisle and led to a stunning white stage adorned with lush blooms.

During cocktail hour, Ashley refreshed her hairstyle with The Bridal Beauty Team, while guests enjoyed exquisite bites from True Cuisine. A standout feature was the place card table, styled with brass trays, velvet linens, lush florals, and hand curated escort cards created by Ashley.

The reception, curated with Victoria from Atmosphere Events Group, became a breathtaking celebration of fall. At the center, a black and white dance floor set the tone for Ashley and Kyle’s choreographed first dance. Each table featured floral runners in vibrant hues, black candles, and textured glass votives, with grapes and pomegranates adding an artful touch. Custom acrylic menu cards by Ashley paired with smoke gold rim chargers, black and gold flatware, and amethyst water glasses from Hall’s Rental completed the tablescape. The stunning cake from Lovin Oven, framed by a floral meadow and complemented by Ashley’s favorite black leather dot linen from BBJ La Tavola, added the perfect finishing touch to the elegant reception.
