Luxury Hamptons Wedding with Coastal Charm

As luxury event planners, the lifelong relationships we build with our clients are at the heart of everything we do. Having planned numerous social events for Emily’s parents over the years, we were deeply honored when they entrusted us with their daughter’s wedding. Emily and Peter, captivated by the charm of the Hamptons, dreamed of an elegant garden wedding infused with timeless sophistication. Their vision began with soft pastel blues, and together, we curated a breathtaking design that artfully layered shades of blue, delicate pastel accents, and luxurious textures.

Emily and Peter exchanged vows in an elegant ceremony at Dormition of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church, blending both families’ cherished traditions to celebrate their union. Afterward, the couple captured their stunning luxury Hamptons wedding photos at Coopers Beach, while our team worked to transform Canoe Place Inn & Cottages into a breathtaking garden wedding. The venue was selected for its elegant charm, ample indoor space, and versatility—a key consideration for unpredictable May weather in the Hamptons. The cocktail hour took place in the venue’s iconic rotunda, featuring an elevated menu that showcased the Hamptons’ culinary culture. Guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres, along with a Raw Bar, Antipasto, and Artisan Cheese display.

For the reception, the space was designed with a mix of long and round tables adorned with ethereal pastel florals by Karen Lenahan Designs, creating a romantic and inviting ambiance. Luxurious beaded chargers, gold-brushed flatware, and gold-rimmed glassware from Elite PBS Tents & Events elevated each place setting. The Garden Oxford linens from BBJ La Tavola were the perfect touch, adding depth and sophistication to elevate the space with timeless elegance. In the center of the room, a custom-wrapped dance floor by Decco Party Rental was complemented by a dramatic floral installation overhead, anchoring the space with timeless elegance. The band from Around Town Entertainment performed on a large stage softened with custom boxwood installations. As the night progressed, the martini and cigar room opened, offering hand-shaken martinis and a bespoke cigar selection from Besim’s Fine Cigars. Jainé Kershner Photography and Estoria Wedding Films worked in perfect harmony to capture every detail of the celebration, ensuring Emily and Peter’s spectacular evening was beautifully documented from start to finish.
