Luxury Hamptons Wedding with Coastal Charm

As luxury event planners, the lifelong relationships we build with our clients are at the heart of everything we do. After planning numerous social events for Emily’s family over the years, we were deeply honored when they entrusted us with their daughter’s luxury Hamptons wedding. Drawn to the natural charm of the Hamptons, Emily and Peter envisioned an elegant garden wedding infused with coastal sophistication. Their design direction began with soft pastel blues, and together we curated a breathtaking aesthetic that layered tonal blues, delicate pastel accents, and luxurious textures to create a refined coastal palette.

Emily and Peter exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony at the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church, blending both families’ cherished traditions. Following the ceremony, the couple captured their luxury Hamptons wedding photos along the shoreline at Coopers Beach, while our team transformed Canoe Place Inn & Cottages into a romantic garden‑inspired celebration. The venue was chosen for its timeless architecture, versatile indoor spaces, and reliability—an essential consideration for a spring wedding in the Hamptons, where May weather can be unpredictable. Cocktail hour unfolded in the venue’s iconic rotunda, featuring an elevated menu that highlighted the Hamptons’ coastal culinary culture, including passed hors d’oeuvres, a Raw Bar, Antipasto, and an Artisan Cheese display.

For the reception, we designed a warm and inviting atmosphere using a mix of long and round tables adorned with ethereal pastel florals by Karen Lenahan Designs. Luxurious beaded chargers, gold‑brushed flatware, and gold‑rimmed glassware from Elite PBS Tents & Events elevated each place setting, while Garden Oxford linens from BBJ La Tavola added depth and texture to the overall design. A custom‑wrapped dance floor by Decco Party Rental served as the centerpiece of the room, complemented by a dramatic overhead floral installation that anchored the space with timeless elegance. The band from Around Town Entertainment performed on a large stage softened with custom boxwood accents, creating a seamless blend of sophistication and celebration. Later in the evening, guests enjoyed a dedicated martini and cigar room featuring hand‑shaken martinis and a curated cigar selection from Besim’s Fine Cigars. Jainé Kershner Photography and Estoria Wedding Films captured every detail with artistry and intention, ensuring Emily and Peter’s celebration was beautifully documented from start to finish.
