All those “effortless” events you see on social media require meticulous planning, and I’m sure Sarah and Michael were tired of hearing us stress about the backup plan and reminding them that, unlike Florida, we need to be prepared for whatever nature throws our way.

The process of “building” their venue began with PRO EM Events, who worked with us to select the ideal tent, ensuring their guests could enjoy an outdoor dining experience, rain or shine. Next, we brought in Atmosphere Events Group, recognizing that it can get dark quickly, and lighting would be key. They helped us craft not only a warm, inviting ambiance but also practical lighting so guests could easily navigate the space.

Of course, no celebration would be complete without exceptional food, and Sarah and Michael wanted a menu that reflected their tastes and personality. We collaborated with Paramount Events to design an unforgettable culinary experience. To complement the evening, our sister company, Bellissimo Bar Company, provided a curated selection of cocktails and prosecco, ensuring the bar was a hit.

With all the nitty gritty details secured, the transformation of the space began. Jenna from Avant Gardenia took on the challenge of turning the backyard into a stunning venue. With her eye for elegant florals and attention to detail, from blooms to chargers, the atmosphere was nothing short of perfect.
