Chicago Corporate Executive Dinner

We had the pleasure of working with Mellody Farm once again, curating a memorable farm-to-table corporate executive dinner for their VIP guests at the stunning Tangled Roots Brewing Company, located at one of their new properties at The Mall. This special event was designed to bring a warm, inviting atmosphere to showcase Mellody Farm’s’ urban farm while celebrating their local, sustainable offerings.

The evening began with check-in and cocktail hour, where we incorporated the beauty of Mellody Farm’s urban farm, allowing guests to connect with the roots of their food and appreciate the farm-to-table concept. The lush farm displays created an immersive experience, setting the stage for a relaxed yet refined celebration.

As guests transitioned to Tangled Roots Brewing Company for dinner, the theme of authenticity continued to shine. Sunflowers served as the inspiration for the design, bringing a warm, rustic charm to the decor. Atmosphere Events Group beautifully executed the floral arrangements, filling the space with vibrant sunflowers and natural greenery that reflected the beauty of the farm. The tables were adorned with jute burlap runners from BBJ La Tavola, adding texture and warmth, while rentals from Hall’s Rental and Nuage Designs elevated the setting with cobalt glassware, black and gold flatware, and wooden chargers. Our very own, Ashley, curated custom-designed 3D menu cards and sunflower-inspired place cards, adding a unique and personal touch to each setting. The evening was made even more special by the live music from Sarlas Music, who set the perfect ambiance during dinner, enhancing the intimate atmosphere.

As the evening came to a close, guests were delighted with thoughtfully curated swag bags, each one a token of appreciation that allowed them to take a piece of the unforgettable evening with them. Every moment, from the intimate ambiance to the intricate details, was exquisitely captured by the talented Lilly Photography, ensuring that the memories of this extraordinary corporate executive dinner would last a lifetime.
